The Annual General Meeting for FY2024 was held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Kyoto Garden Palace in Kamigyo-Ward, Kyoto City, in the presence of Governor Nishiwaki of Kyoto Prefecture, Vice President Hayashi of the Kyoto Prefectural Assembly, and Director Kunii of the Kinki and Chugoku Regional National Forest Office.

The General Meeting was attended by 142 members (more than the majority of 189 members), including 39 members in person, three members by proxy, and 100 members by voting. The first agenda item, “Approval of FY2023 Financial Statements,” the second agenda item, “Election of Officers,” and the third agenda item, “Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation,” were approved.
