The winners of the 2024 National Afforestation Campaign Poster Contest, run by the Kyoto Prefectural Government and KMFA, have been decided.
This year, we received 859 entries from elementary, junior high, high schools, and special needs schools in Kyoto Prefecture. From these, 200 works were selected: 2 for the Grand Prize, 4 for the Excellence Award, 6 for the Encouragement Award, 10 for the Effort Award, and 178 for the Honorable Mention.
Some of these works will be entered into the national competition.
This year’s awards ceremony and exhibition have been canceled due to the approach of Typhoon No. 10.
